A storm of financial crisis after 97, is formed in US, and now Had come close to us!! quote from NST and SinChew daily, the Korean expected would be the first Asian market facing the storm. The bankrupt of Merlin and Lehman Brothers not just a in home issues of US, since both security corp are one of giant investment fund in world. like Malaysia, an open market always attract the foreign investor. Although after 97, government had impose a more strict rules, to prevent any opportunist activity, however Malaysian KLSE still rely on those fund. Therefore, Najib claim Malaysian will not affected by US financial crisis, is doubting....... As a British trained economist, Najib now should focus on this issues and not only vying on UMNO president? Carry his duty as Financial Minister, he should planing for protect the Malaysian economics, and setting any possible step to resilient Malaysian economics during recession. Now is good opportunity for Malaysian testing ruling party in solving the crisis, and opposition also carry their duty to check and balance it.

with the high rate of national inflation.. UMNO still emphasising on their political and personal issues.... They are somethin more important out there, Umno leaders must face the reality and correct their mistakes and damages that they have done!
LOL.....now UMNO and BN is busy in saving up their seats.....so,NO TIME to look after this economic matter all...So many things regarding the nation has been neglected since last GE ...SIGH.
our economy is not as good as ministers say it is..
our growth rate has reduced, inflation rising, prices of many goods rising, cost of living rising, unstable government, foreign investors leaving, US undergoing a recession which will definitely affect the whole world badly including Malaysia..
how can najib, badawi n yakcop still say that economy wise, all is ok ?
they do concern it, recently, by put in capital about 5billion to the market through the valuecap. but it is loan from kwsp... this is question of ethical, the kwsp should be untouchable, and only can be used in really critical time. so i worry do now is the time, when the kwsp forced to support the market ? recently, both pm and dpm, convict us M'sia economy is sound, only spore face recession.
